We ask you to adhere to the check-in and check-out times in order to ensure the cleaning and disinfection intervals for the following guests.
If your arrival is delayed and you arrive after 20:00, please inform us by telephone.
In the event of late arrival, non-arrival or delayed departure, our general cancellation conditions apply (Link: general cancellation conditions).
Breakfast
General information
Our extensive breakfast buffet is available from 07:30 to 10:00.
If you would like to have breakfast at the hotel on your arrival, please make a breakfast reservation by 18:00 on the day before your arrival so that we can reserve a table for you.
We ask for your understanding that there may be waiting times in our breakfast room.
We charge € 20 per person for breakfast on the day of arrival.
We are happy to take food allergies into consideration for our guests with allergies. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
No discount will be granted for breakfast not consumed (unless it has been notified to us in writing at the time of booking).
Breakfast for our guests in the flats
If you would like to book our flats with breakfast, we charge a surcharge of € 20.00 per person/day.
For this we ask you to make a breakfast reservation by 18:00 on the day before your arrival.
We ask for your understanding that there may be waiting times in our breakfast room.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations will only be accepted in written form
and are only valid after a written confirmation from us.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which can be taken out under the following link:

If you decide not to take out insurance, we will charge the following fees in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions:
Up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will not incur any cancellation costs.
2 months to 1 month before the date of arrival we will charge 60% of the total booked package price.
From 1 month to the day of arrival, 100% of the total booked package price will be charged.
In the event of cancellation from 2 months to the day of arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee (unless we receive the cancellation letter within the deadline).
Please note that we will charge the full price of the holiday without deductions and according to the booking and fixed reservation, should the following occur:
- late arrival
- non-arrival
- early departure
- if fewer than the booked number of people arrive in the booked rooms or flats
Deposit
For a binding reservation we ask you to transfer a deposit of € 250,- per person to the following account within 7 days:

Alternatively, we can debit your credit card. For this we need your credit card number with expiry date.
(We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard).
Cheques are not accepted.
Any bank charges incurred will not be covered by the hotel.
Please note that we can only finalise the booking once we have received the deposit and sent you the deposit confirmation.The reservation is only binding once we have received the deposit.

The discounts are only valid in the extra beds or on the sofa bed above the standard occupancy!

Drinking water
Throughout the hotel you can enjoy crystal-clear, fresh and naturally pure mountain spring water from the Ischgl mountains directly from the tap. You can safely drink the water from the tap – even the shower water is drinking water.

Final cleaning in the Appartements
We charge a one-off flat rate per booking for the final cleaning of our flats The costs for the final cleaning are not included in the flat price This will be invoiced with the final bill
We charge € 75.00 per Appartement for the final cleaning.
General information
Our cleaning and disinfection plan is based on the current hygiene guidelines of the Austrian Hotel Association.
- Disinfection stands are distributed throughout the hotel in appropriate places.
- The cleaning intervals have been increased.
- All cleaning agents contain disinfectants.

Hotelbar
Our hotel bar is open for you every day.
After a sporty day on the piste, an exciting day of hiking or a relaxing day in our wellness oasis, you can round off the day with a cool beer or long drink at our hotel bar.
Internet
Our hotel is equipped with W-LAN. Access is available at the hotel reception.

Parking
One free parking space per room is available in the nearby underground car park.
Please let us know before your arrival if you are travelling with more than one car per reserved room/apartment.
Payment
You can pay your room bill in cash or by Maestro Card or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
Cheques are not accepted.
Pets
Your furball is welcome – on request and only after consultation with our reception.
However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate your pet in every room/apartment, as we also take hotel guests with allergies into consideration.
Depending on the size or breed and the special cleaning work and the degree of dirt, we charge € 10.00 – € 25.00 per day/dog (without food).
Please understand that your pet is not allowed in the breakfast room and wellness oasis.

Price information
The prices for our rooms are per person/day with breakfast, excluding local tax per person/day of € 4.00 (from 15 years).
The prices for our flats are per unit/day without board, excluding local tax per person/day of € 4.00 (from 15 years).
The room and flat prices quoted are ‘from prices’.
These may change depending on the season (high and low season), number of persons and room and flat category, depending on enquiry and availability.
Reservations
A room/apartment is only considered reserved once we have received the deposit in our account and you have sent us the deposit confirmation.
A non-binding offer is not considered a reservation.
If there are several bookings for a room, we kindly ask for your understanding that we give preference to the earlier booking. We cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. Due to the large number of advance bookings, we also ask for your understanding if this may result in delays.
Please note that a reservation only becomes effective once we have confirmed it in writing. Unfortunately, it is only possible to confirm the room category, but not the exact room number or floor.
Short stay supplement
For stays of up to 3 days we charge a surcharge of 10% per person/night.
Single occupancy / less than standard occupancy
For single occupancy or occupancy below the standard of a double room or flat, we grant a discount depending on the category.
Smoker / Non-smoker
For the well-being of all guests
All our interior rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms.
Smoking is of course permitted on the balcony of your room/apartment, on our smoking terrace or in front of the hotel.

Soiling in the hotel
We would like to point out that if your room/apartment is soiled due to excessive alcohol consumption, a cleaning fee of € 300 will be charged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors throughout the hotel. A fee of € 250 will be charged for non-compliance.

Our wellness area is open every day from 16:00 to 20:00 except Saturday.
In bad weather we open our wellness area earlier on request.

Museums
Would you like some culture in Ischgl?
Right at the entrance to the village tunnel in the cable car museum in Ischgl, you can learn about the development of SSAG Ischgl from the very beginning.
In the rustic farmer’s museum in Mathon you can find out how our ancestors lived and worked.
The Mathias Schmid Museum is located on the edge of the village of Ischgl. It is privately owned and is not just an exhibition building, but also a memorial to the artist with its pyramid-shaped monument.
The museum is also the starting point of the Mathias Schmid art trail.
To mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of the famous artist Prof Mathias Schmid, a Mathias Schmid art trail was set up in Ischgl. It leads from Ischgl above the church (starting point Mathias Schmid Museum) along the forest path. There are picture boards with copies of the artist’s works at regular intervals.
Public transport
Arrive in Ischgl, park your car and only leave it again for your journey home.
With our public transport you can enjoy a car-free holiday in and around Ischgl.
Buses run daily and at regular intervals from the Biehlerhöhe (ATTENTION – only in summer) to Landeck.
